Description of 34-T Colin Burgon MP, Speech Feb 2003

These seven pages are a transcript taken from Hansard of the speech made in the House of Commons by Colin Burgon MP on 7 January 2003 in the period leading up to the Public Inquiry scheduled for 24 February 2003 on the upgrading of the A1/M1 motorway. He makes an urgent plea for noise reduction and safety requirements to be fully dealt with and full consideration to be given to the wishes and knowledge of local people.
