1. & 2. Conveyance dated 1918 between Rev Prideaux Metcalfe and George Jenkinson - 10 Acres at Bur Tree Close and Little Fields

3. & 4. Conveyance dated Jan 1936 between George Jenkinson and Percy Pemberton acres of Birkhead Closes, Gallow Hill Close plus the 10 acres at Bur Tree Close and Little Fields

5. 6. & 7. August 1943, Deed of Trust following death of Percy Pemberton in August 1941 - appointing Trustees and giving power to sell.

8. 9.& 10. Conveyance dated 20/03/1946 beween the Trustees and The Catholic Church There are various signaturies including the Bishop of Leeds

11. 12. & 13. Conveyance dated 30/08/1947 beween the Church and Wetherby Rural District Council comprising 4.9 acres fronting Clifford Road
